How much does a lanx world website cost ?

Every single site we build is totally unique and priced individually.

Our prices start from £650 for a simple one to three page website.

What is the basic managed hosting service?

Basic Managed Hosting costs £18/ month and includes:

Hosting on a fast, secure professional UK based server with fantastic support

Daily backups of your website
WordPress updates, plugin and theme updates
24 hour support from us and our provider
Monitoring of the websites connectivity by us, in the rare situation there is an issue, we are notified immediately and can act fast to fix it.

What is the Smart hosting service?

Smart Hosting costs £35/ month and includes:

Everything our Basic Managed Hosting includes plus…….
Additional daily site monitoring via Google Search Console. This enables us to track any improvements that Google recommends as the internet, devices, and search engines develop. These include for example, suggestions to improve page layouts for mobile devices as standards gradually change.
Up to 2 hours per month of code and layout adjustments as suggested by Google. Making these minor adjustments as and when Google recommends them helps significantly with SEO.
Up to 2 hours per month of code alterations or bug fixes. As time goes on and website browsers develop, sometimes adjustments are needed to ensure a website’s functionality continues to work seamlessly.

Plugin swap-outs: Over time these can be required as occasionally some plugins are no longer supported. With the smart hosting package, we will source and implement new plugin replacements at no additional cost to you.

How much are the photography and video services?

Our photography services start from £350 for a half day photo shoot and from £500 for a full day.

This includes between 3-7 hours on location and two photographers. Afterwards you will receive between 15-50 professionally edited and optimised images for which you will have full usage rights across all media.

Video projects start from £400 and are priced individually according to requirements.

how long does it take for a website to be completed?

On average most websites can be built within 2 – 3 months however every website is different and has different levels of complexity.

We are often booked up in advance by several weeks or even months however we will always do our best to accommodate your time frame as long as it is realistic.

We can discuss and plan in the initial proposal to ensure that your deadline is achievable and met.

What do I need to provide to get started?

If you decide you’d like to work with us, then once we have talked through your project and agreed a start date, we will provide you with a bespoke list of things for you to send us.

We can do nearly everything in terms of content creation and copy writing if you prefer. Alternatively, you can provide us with all of the information and we’ll then tweak and advise of changes throughout the build.

What are your payment terms?

We usually ask for a 50% deposit, then the balance on completion.

This can be tailored and tweaked for larger projects to stagger the payments throughout the various design phases.
